At CIBH, we care about your health and safety as well as the health and safety of our employees. Because of this, our buildings are closed to the public and we have made changes to our service delivery. You can still access emergency services 24 hours a day by calling 757-548-7000.

Most face-to-face services are suspended. We now offer phone or video conferencing sessions. Many insurance companies have waived co-payments for tele health services. For secure video conferencing sessions you need access to the internet and a phone, tablet or computer with a microphone and video camera.

To enroll in services call 757-547-9334 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Intake assessments will be by appointment and conducted on the phone or with video conferencing.

Therapy sessions and medication reviews for current clients are by appointment and conducted on the phone or with video conferencing. You must be able to receive calls from restricted numbers. Call 757-819-6104 to schedule.

Medication injections for current clients are by appointment Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Call 757-819-6104 to schedule.

Our in-house pharmacy, Westwood Pharmacy is open for their current clients. Please call them before coming to 224 Great Bridge Blvd. They can be reached at 757-547-2247.

Our employees are working. Call us between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. if you want to speak with your clinician or another employee. If you have to leave a message, please allow up to 24 hours for your call to be returned.
