Founded in 1979, Dayspring International actively shares the life-changing message of God’s love through visual media and humanitarian programs.
Dayspring was established to proclaim the gospel to developing nations and is committed to the work of the Great Commission as spoken by Jesus to His disciples in Matthew 28: 19-20. Jesus told them to go into all the world and make disciples. Dayspring’s mission is to evangelize and disciple unreached people with the gospel of Jesus Christ through visual media and humanitarian aid.
Dayspring International (“Dayspring”) is an evangelistic media mission organization based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Dayspring presents the Gospel throughout India using Dayasagar, their major motion picture on the Life of Christ. Dayasagar is produced and acted with an all Indian cast and is presented nightly in villages throughout India by trained Indian film teams. Dayspring International provides financial support and equipment for their Life of Christ film teams. Thorough training programs are conducted for pastors and film team leaders on a continuing basis. In addition, Dayspring provides education for children, adult literacy and job training, oversees medical and dental clinics, establishes churches, strengthens existing ministries, conducts Bible studies and ministers to the communities. This organization is a nonprofit. Contributions to it are fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. It is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).
