Benevolent Security Q sending threatening texts and harassing mental residence about rent and evicting. Property Management doesn’t know what she is doing and a big liar along with security guard taking money for rent and using it for personal gain and than he lies tells his mom sister property manager lies and they are stupid asses believing him like I’m not paying and was not given proper receipts I had to stay on Security how did y’all hAve a security Officer collecting money when you should have came down got the money yourself you the owner right who the owner y’all unorganized unprofessional lazy miscommunication janky scamming people it’s not good to have family working for you maybe you need to hire real official people license not always drunk or high on the job. A Residence had covid y’all didn’t sanitize or let anyone of us know or told us to get tested. That’s against the law putting our lives in danger y’all don’t care y’all bout self and about the money the truth will be coming out soon and you will be exposed Y’all had a crazy lady with multiple personalities fighting everyone your staff not even trained and couldn’t even control her she was throwing chairs threatening people that was putting residents in danger.That’s against the law and that’s really putt-in people lives in danger especially those who live out here that have kids. I still didn’t get receipts back of the 300 in cash my peoples paid to the security guard in his hand August 4 along with 303 in cashapp this program sucks and is not worth the time I gave the rental lady with the janky real estate business they just hired 400 for rent on aug 17 upon speaking to the owners mother Ms Jones per conversation I was asked when the other 200 was gonna get payed I called my boss for the other 200 I got the check the next day for part of rent to pay for my two weeks The rental lady stated in front of Ms Jones I was caught up until September 1 2022 I have witnesses so my rent is paid and full I’m good until September 1 .Apparently there’s some miscommunication because someone paperwork is off and not adding up it’s fraud and it’s getting over I’m far from slow .On the 19 I gave the janky rental property lady who is in kahoots with this janky business on scamming people out of money the 200 which was remainder even sent her pictures of check and my peoples showed her the property management was there when a residence threatened me Beware Beware you come here you not gonna get no help at all they understaff. They are not state board trained certified or equipped to handle mental health patients that have mental disorders. Unless you a resident that knows how to fight and defend yourself don’t depend on some staff or security I been told y’all what needed to be fix on your property when I moved in you did not have property management she is now coming I brought roach spray I had snakes in my room y’all to cheap to hire an exterminator to spray for rodents spiders fly’s ants roaches on your property I don’t have a stove microwave not gonna do I don’t have anything y’all cheap I’m not gonna blame no workers of yours but you are a janky ass business that have janky ass tendencies and y’all up to no good and you don’t do what you supposed to do
