Located in the middle of the Hampton Roads region, on the border of Hampton and Newport News, Calvary Reformed Presbyterian Church exists to engage the people of our community with the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ through a loving community. We are simply disciples of Jesus making disciples as we worship, grow, and serve together in Him. Join us each Sunday at 9:30am for worship to find out how you might worship, grow, and serve Jesus together with us.
SERVICES
Our congregational worship service begins a little early on Sunday mornings at 9:30. Our worship style is blended, incorporating both ancient and modern elements. We sing psalms, hymns, and other worship songs. We confess our faith in creeds and prayer. We listen to the preaching of the word. On the first and third Sundays of the month, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper.
After worship, we encourage all ages to join for fellowship and refreshments served in the fellowship hall.
At 11:15am, we start Sunday School for children and adults. Children and youth are grouped by ages. College students and adults are invited to join one of several classes offered each quater. We try to cover a variety of topics each quarter, from church history to books of the Bible, from how to pray to the basics of the faith. Find a subject that interests you!
