Welcome to the Ebenezer Baptist Church of Portsmouth, Virginia! In the historical tradition of Ebenezer, we are a warm and friendly church where everybody is somebody, and Jesus is Lord! We are a historical traditional church in transition, under the leadership of Pastor LeRoy Hill, Jr., who believes in meeting the needs of humanity as they exist in our families and communities, by the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit.

We invite you to come and experience what God is doing here at Ebenezer. As we endeavor to serve all age groups and cultural needs by reaching people with the gospel, we believe that God has a place for you here with us. Ebenezer wants to make a difference in our world today, by understanding the times, and being one church serving four generations.
