Here at Green Lakes we try to help folks of every age get to know Jesus better. Some ways we do that are:

Sunday Morning Bible Study: At 9:45 am every Sunday we have Bible Study classes for every age from the youngest babies through our seasoned citizens.  It is a great opportunity to learn what the Bible says about God and to make friends.

Sunday Morning Worship:  At 11:00 am every Sunday we gather in the church sanctuary to sing to God, pray together, give, and to learn who God is and how we can live for Him.

Children’s Ministry: Our children meet for fun and activities with a spiritual emphasis about once a month.  In addition we serve children through our Easter Egg Hunt, Spring Fling or Fall Festival, Vacation Bible School, and many other opportunities.

Youth Ministry: Our youth do an activity on Fridays or Saturdays about once a month to have a time of fun, learning about God, and building friendships.  They also attend area conferences, summer camps, and a wide variety of special activities that usually involve some amount of work, some amount of food, and learning together how to follow Jesus with their lives.

Adult Choir:  The choir meets weekly on Wednesday nights at 5:30 pm.  We sing in the worship service, put on an Easter Musical and Christmas musical, and generally have a great time.  Everyone is welcome to sing with us.

Young At Hearts: The Young at Hearts are a group of our mature folks who hold movie nights, dessert potlucks, and other fun events for our members.  Though the details of when they meet and what they are doing at that time vary, everyone always has a great time.

Food Pantry:  Our church keeps a dry groceries food pantry from which we give free food to the Salvation Army as temporary assistance to those in need.
