Pure Desire Ministries

Pure Desire Ministries International is a biblically-based and clinically-informed ministry committed to true revival in the church through the healing of the present day epidemic of sexual bondages.

We stand affirming the Christian faith, as attested to in the inspired Old and New Testaments. We believe the Bible to be the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We affirm that there is one God, The Creator and Sustainer of all things. He exists in three Persons: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, who are one substance and equal in power and glory. We strongly affirm that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of the world and that He, and He alone, can liberate broken, hurting, and fallen humanity from sin, death, and self-destructive behavior. Thus, for the salvation of sinful and lost humanity, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, which is received by grace through faith and trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and not as a result of good works or trying harder.

Finally, we affirm, that we as human beings are created by God in God’s own image, and that we are called and created to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind and to love others as ourselves. This, however, only becomes possible as we acknowledge our need for God and bow our knee to his Lordship in our life.

We affirm the Apostle’s Creed and the Faith Statement of the National Association of Evangelicals.
